I have been saving my money for a new guitar but I have been limiting my search to Taylor guitars. The one I wanted is just too expensive so I decided that there must be a different company that makes decent guitars at a price that’s reasonable. Well there is, Zaar! I did my homework and decided to buy the SZ720E. I was nervous as heck because I bought a guitar sight unseen. I was quite ecstatic that my guitar arrived sooner than when I was told. When I opened the box and unwrapped the guitar, I was filled with joy. She’s beautiful. I immediately sat down and inspected her. The action is low and she is very well built. All solid wood. Not only is she beautiful to look at, the sound is amazing. I still had to show her to a brother who really knows a lot about guitars and he is a very tough critic. When I told him that I bought a guitar, he said you bought a guitar sight unseen? Well when I took her out of the case, he was very impressed. I let him play her. He was even more impressed. I have had lots of questions so I reached out to customer service. I have been in communication with Craig. He responded quickly and was very patient with me. For those that are on the fence about buying a Zaar guitar, get off the fence and buy it. The quality is outstanding, the sound is beautiful and their customer support is second to none.
