So what do we do with these guitars that have been hit, scratched, cracked, or in some other way scarred?
Often, the broken just need a second chance.
We can't repair them to new and sell them like new... that would be more in the realm of "refurbished". It's also a time suck and very expensive, often requiring stripping, sanding, and refinishing. So it wouldn't make much business sense to do all that work and still sell below cost.
So, the solution? Fix the issue structurally, with less worry on cosmetics, and let'em rip with their scars on full display!
