One word. WOW! I absolutely Love my new Z840E. It was delivered safely 12 days ago to my home on the day my wife and I were boarding our cruise so I had to wait until today to lay my eyes and hands on this beauty and I am nothing but thrilled with how it Looks, Plays, and Most Importantly how it Sounds! This was and Open Box Demo/Blem however, I simply put guitar polish on it and it is perfect! Actually when holding it up, the shine on the back of the guitar was like a Mirror! Simply amazing. It plays like a dream, set up just how I like it, with zero buzz on any of the strings and great action. It feels fantastic on the knee and the neck fits my hands like a glove! The unique carve out is not only added beauty but it really alows your hand to slide in close to allow your fingers to reach the strings. The Case is would class also. I was at first apprehensive about ordering a guitar I had never physically seen, felt, or heard, however the Return Warranty helped ease my nerves and I decided to take a change and I am NOT disappointed in the Least! The Craftsmanship is exceptional. Examining the entire guitar found no defects at all, simply Beauty from every angle. The beveled edge just feels right as it fits under your arm! Peering in the hole to examine the inners revealed world class construction! What you get for your money is simply Exceptional VALUE with Fantastic Sound and Playability, whether Acoustic or Plugged in. The Pickups are wonderful! Craig was a joy to work with.
